Default Yellow Tang

The Yellow Tang is one of the most commonly kept marine fish. You often see them in large tanks in schools of several individuals. If you don't have a large tank, it is best to have only one as they will be aggressive toward each other. They eat mostly algae so it is wise to provide greens for them to eat. Algae wafers and lettuce on a clip are some of the things they eat. They are also prone to marine ich, so they should be quarantined a first then watched there after.

Aquaman..... The Purple Tang you are using as your avatar is a very poplar much sought after fish around here. They are often quite expensive, but have pretty much the basic requirements as the Yellow Tangs.
