Default spirulina 20

I heard, that spirulina 20, is very good for fish and makes them grow faster and enhances there colors. Any opinions out there?

I googled it and it basically says the same thing every other fish food label says.

But ever since I started feeding my corys the spirulina algae disc I have noticed that they have been breeding alot more often.

I haven't used it, but maybe I should if I'd like some baby cories! (and yes, yes I would!)
