High tanks are a bit of a problem as they don't give the fish a lot of swimming room. Could you post the exact measurements.....

You might get away with 4 of each of the varieties you listed, if your tank is completely cycled and adequately filtered. You would have to have a good water change and maintenance schedule. Being a tall tank circulation will be needed. Hopefully a good HOB filter may provide that. If you get any fish over 1 1/4 in long, you will have to begin reducing the number of fish. When you heavily stock a tank you have to be vigilant and keep everything right!

That's not a lot of swimming room for shoaling fish. Maybe a dozen(total) of the very small tetras...Neons, Cardinal, or Glolights. In my opinion, one shoal of one fish type would be more attractive in this tank....but that's just a personal opinion. Have you considered a Betta....and lots of plants?

I've seen some setups that compensate for the lack of swimming space by putting a small pump to create some water flow, which will keep the fish moving as they hang in the current. Of course this could wield mixed results and it is not an absolute solution. I would also recommend something like a betta, which does well alone and will not outgrow the 15 gallon tank.
